By submitting your personal information (including but not limited to your first and last name, email, and social media accounts) to North Audio Labs, you agree to the following terms:
Purpose of data collection
Your information will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility to collaborate with North Audio Labs.
2. Confidentiality & Data protection
We will handle your personal information with confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
3. Data retention
Your information will be retained only for as long as necessary to complete the evaluation process. If you are not selected, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
4. Voluntary submission
Providing your information is voluntary. However, failure to provide accurate details may affect our ability to assess your eligibility.
5. Withdrawal of consent
You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting North Audio Labs.

Terms & Conditions
for Product submission & payment
By submitting your product, you confirm that:
Originality & ownership
You are the original creator of all included sounds, loops, presets, and other materials. You hold full rights to distribute them and are not infringing on any third-party copyrights.
2. Exclusivity
By submitting your product to our platform, you agree to an exclusivity benefit, which grants you a preferential 10% profit share. If you choose to sell or distribute the same product on any other platform or through any other source, this exclusivity is breached, and we reserve the right to claim a 30% share of all profits generated from sales on our platform instead of the standard 10%.
3. Licensing & Usage
You grant North Audio Labs the right to market, distribute, and sell your pack under the agreed-upon revenue split. End users will receive a royalty-free license unless otherwise specified.
4. Payouts & Revenue Share
Payments will be processed according to the agreed revenue split, 90% allocated to the creator and 10% to North Audio Labs. Earnings will be distributed on a per-sale basis.
5. Rejection & Removal rights
North Audio Labs reserves the rights to decline submissions that do not meet quality standards or violate copyright laws. Packs may also be removed from the platform at our discretion.
6. Pricing & Consistency
By submitting your product (including but not limited to samples, presets, MIDI files, racks, and/or DAW Project files) to North Audio Labs, you acknowledge that we will determine its pricing in accordance with our internal pricing model. This ensures consistency across our product catalog. Pricing decisions are final and made at our discretion.
7. Marketing & promotion
You allow North Audio Labs to use your pack’s name, demo, tracks, and artwork for promotional purposes across our platforms.
